White label travel portal development

White label travel portal: launch a branded booking website fast

A white label travel portal is a ready-built booking website that we configure, brand and connect to your suppliers so you can sell flights, hotels, buses, transfers, insurance and holiday packages under your own name. It suits travel agencies, consolidators, corporate travel desks and new online travel brands that want to be selling in weeks, with an admin panel, markups and payment gateway included, without funding a custom build first.

What is a white label travel portal?

A white label travel portal is a booking platform built once by a technology vendor and then deployed for many travel businesses, each with its own brand, domain, suppliers and commercial settings. The traveller or agent sees your logo, your colours and your terms. Behind the scenes the search, booking, payment and back-office code is shared and maintained by us, which is why a white label portal launches in weeks and costs a fraction of a ground-up build.

"White label" describes the commercial model, not a loss of control. You decide which suppliers are connected, what margins apply, which currencies show and who can log in. If you outgrow the shared platform, the supplier connections carry over to a custom build, covered on our travel portal development hub.

Who a white label portal is for

  • Offline travel agencies that want to take online bookings without hiring developers
  • Consolidators and wholesalers that need a sub-agent portal with credit limits and tiered markups
  • Corporate travel desks that want employees to self-book within policy
  • Startups and affiliates testing a niche such as student or diaspora travel before investing in custom software

Modules you can switch on

Each module has its own supplier connections and booking rules. Most clients launch with flights and hotels and add the rest later.

Flights

One-way, round-trip and multi-city search, fare families, baggage and meal ancillaries, fare rules, ticketing, voids and refunds. See the flight booking whitelabel page for detail.

Hotels

Multi-supplier hotel search with room and rate mapping, cancellation policies, vouchers and instant confirmation. Detail on the white label hotel booking website page.

Buses

Seat maps, boarding and dropping points, operator policies and cancellations for Indian and selected international routes.

Transfers and car rental

Airport and point-to-point transfers, vehicle classes, meet-and-greet options and driver details.

Travel insurance

Quotes and policy issuance attached to a flight or package booking, with the policy document emailed to the traveller.

Holiday packages

Fixed and dynamic packages with itinerary pages, inclusions, date-based pricing and enquiry or instant-book flows.

B2C, B2B and B2B2C configurations

The same portal can serve consumers, a network of sub-agents, or both. The choice affects login, pricing and settlement more than the search experience, so decide it early.

B2B setups add agent onboarding, KYC, credit control and statements, described on the B2B travel portal page.

Branding, domain, languages and currencies

The portal runs on your own domain or subdomain with your SSL certificate, logo, colour palette, fonts and legal pages. Email templates, vouchers and e-tickets carry your branding and contact details, not ours. There is no "powered by" line unless you want one.

Language and currency are separate settings. The interface can be translated into the languages your customers use, and display currency is set per market with exchange rates refreshed from a source you approve. Supplier settlement stays in your contract currency, and the admin panel shows both so finance can reconcile.

Admin panel and back office

The admin panel is where you run the business day to day, and it is the part of a white label portal owners end up using most.

  • Markups and service fees: by product, supplier, route, airline, agent group or booking class, as a percentage or fixed amount, with promo codes and convenience fees
  • Agents and users: registration approval, KYC documents, credit limits, wallets, top-up requests and role-based staff access
  • Bookings: a single queue for all products with PNR or voucher details, reissue, cancellation and refund handling, and supplier status sync
  • Reports: sales, margin, supplier-wise and agent-wise reports, ledgers, GST-ready invoices and exportable statements
  • Payment gateways: Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue, Stripe or PayPal style gateways connected to your own merchant account, with gateway fees passed on or absorbed as you prefer
  • Content: banners, offers, static pages, blog posts and SEO fields managed without a developer

For agencies that also need accounting, supplier settlement and BSP reconciliation, the portal connects to our travel ERP software rather than duplicating those functions inside the booking platform.

Supplier connectivity

A white label portal is only as good as its inventory. We connect the portal to the suppliers you hold agreements with, using your credentials, so the contract and the earnings stay with you. Our integration experience covers GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), Indian flight consolidators such as TBO and Tripjack, low-cost carrier direct connects, hotel bed banks and wholesalers, bus aggregators and insurance providers. How each type of connection works, including certification, caching and monitoring, is explained on the travel API integration hub.

Supplier names describe integration experience only. They are trademarks of their owners and do not imply partnership or endorsement. You need your own commercial agreement with each supplier.

White label vs custom portal

A white label portal wins on launch speed, predictable cost and a shared roadmap that improves without a development budget on your side. A custom portal wins when your model does not fit the template: unusual products, a workflow you consider a competitive advantage, or integrations nobody else needs. Many clients start white label and move to custom once volumes justify it, and the supplier integrations and data move with them.

Our guide white label vs custom travel portal compares cost, control, supplier options and long-term limits in plain language. If you are still deciding, read that first.

Launch process, timeline and support

  1. Scope and quote

We confirm your products, markets, configuration (B2C, B2B or both), suppliers and payment gateway, and send a fixed written quote.

  2. Branding and setup

Domain, SSL, logo, colours, email templates, legal pages and the initial markup rules are configured on your instance.

  3. Supplier connection

Your supplier credentials are added, test environments are verified, then production access is certified with each provider.

  4. Testing and training

End-to-end test bookings for every product, payment gateway verification, then a training session for your staff on the admin panel.

  5. Go live and support

Launch on your domain with monitoring. Support covers supplier API changes, security updates and platform improvements.

Timelines depend mostly on how quickly supplier credentials and gateway approvals arrive. Branding and configuration on our side is the shorter part of the project. [TO CONFIRM: typical go-live window to promise, for example "two to four weeks after credentials are received"]

Pricing approach

We quote a fixed setup price based on modules, configuration and supplier connections, plus a monthly or annual platform fee covering hosting, maintenance and support. A flights-only B2C portal and a multi-product B2B2C network are very different projects, so we do not publish one figure. The guide on travel portal development cost explains what moves the price. Frequently asked questions

What is a white label travel portal?

It is a ready-built online booking platform that a technology vendor configures and brands for your travel business. You get a website on your own domain with flight, hotel, bus, transfer, insurance or package booking, an admin panel for markups and bookings, and your own payment gateway, while the underlying software is shared and maintained by the vendor. It is the fastest route from an offline agency to an online one.

How much does a white label travel portal cost in India?

The price depends on which modules you switch on, whether you need B2C, B2B or both, how many supplier APIs are connected, and how much custom design or content you want. Hosting, maintenance and supplier API updates are usually a recurring fee. We give a fixed written quote after a short scoping call rather than a generic price list, so you know the full cost before committing.

Can I use my own domain and branding?

Yes. The portal runs on your domain or subdomain with your SSL certificate, logo, colours, fonts, legal pages and email templates. Tickets, vouchers and invoices show your business name and contact details. Nothing on the customer-facing side refers to the platform vendor unless you choose to add it.

Which suppliers are integrated?

We connect the suppliers you have agreements with. Our integration experience includes GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport, Indian consolidators such as TBO and Tripjack, low-cost carrier connections, hotel bed banks and wholesalers, bus aggregators and insurance providers. Supplier credentials are yours, so your commercial terms and earnings stay with you. See travel API integration for the full list of product APIs.

How quickly can a white label travel portal go live?

Configuration and branding on our side take days rather than months. The longer part is usually external: supplier credential approval, payment gateway onboarding and KYC, and your own content and legal pages. If those are ready, a flights-and-hotels portal typically goes live within a few weeks of sign-off. [TO CONFIRM: go-live window you want to commit to]
