Travel technology, built in India
A travel technology company in India that only builds, never competes
Globitude Travels & Tech is a travel software company based in Gurugram, building the platforms Indian agencies sell through: metasearch and campaign sites, white-label booking, portals, APIs and back-office software. We sell no tickets, hold no inventory and take no commission on your bookings, so the technology is the whole relationship.
Tell us what you want to build
Who we are, in one paragraph
We are a travel IT solutions company headquartered on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, working for travel agencies, consolidators, call centres and travel startups. Our lane is deliberately narrow: we build and maintain travel-selling technology, and we stay out of the travel-selling business itself. We are not affiliated with any airline, GDS, consolidator or with Meta Platforms; when a supplier appears in our work it is under your agreement and your credentials. The people, history and editorial standards behind the company live on the about page; this page is about what we can build for you.
What we build
Everything we offer hangs off five service areas:
Meta flight websites
Flight metasearch and campaign sites that compare fares across suppliers and earn on redirects, leads or bookings.
Learn moreWhite label travel portals
Ready-made booking engines skinned to your brand, the fastest route from agency to online travel business.
Learn moreTravel API integration
GDS, consolidator, NDC, hotel, bus and insurance APIs wired into your platform on your own credentials.
Learn moreTravel portal development
Custom B2C and B2B portals with booking engines, agent wallets, markup rules and admin panels.
Learn moreTravel agency software
Back-office, ERP and automation: invoicing, queues, supplier reconciliation and reporting for the operations side.
Learn moreHow Indian agencies typically start
Very few of our Indian clients begin with a big custom build, and we do not push one. The pattern that works looks like this:
Go online on a white label
A white-label portal puts your brand on a proven booking engine in weeks. Capital risk stays low while you learn what your customers actually book.
Wire in your own suppliers
As volumes grow, your own consolidator or GDS credentials replace or join the default supply, improving margins on every booking.
Customise what earns
The screens and rules that drive your revenue, B2B agent tiers, markup logic, payment flows, get rebuilt to fit your business exactly.
Automate the back office
Invoicing, reconciliation and reporting move out of spreadsheets into software, which is usually where the hidden profit sits.
If you are weighing the first step, our guide comparing white label versus custom travel portals lays out the trade-offs without the sales pitch.
How we engage
- Fixed-scope, fixed-price projects. Discovery first, then a written scope and quote. Change requests are priced, not smuggled in.
- Your accounts, your assets. Domains, hosting, supplier credentials and payment gateways are registered to you. Leaving us must always be possible, or staying means nothing.
- Milestone delivery. Design, build, integration and launch are separate checkpoints with something reviewable at each.
- Support plans after launch. Optional monthly cover for monitoring, supplier API changes and small improvements, cancellable rather than locked in. [TO CONFIRM: support plan terms]
What every build includes, whatever its size
Whether the project is a white-label launch or a multi-supplier B2B platform, some things are not optional extras in our scope. Every build ships with an admin panel you can actually operate without calling us, so markups, content and users are yours to change. Pages are built for speed on Indian mobile networks, because most of your traffic will arrive on a phone over a patchy connection. Analytics and enquiry tracking are wired from day one, so you know what the site produces rather than guessing. The SEO foundations, clean URLs, titles, structured data and a sitemap, are part of the build, not a later invoice. And security basics, HTTPS, hardened forms, role-based admin access and backups, are treated as plumbing: present, boring and non-negotiable.
Just as important is what a build does not include: lock-in. Code, content and configuration are documented at handover, and the platform is explained well enough that a competent successor could take it over. We would rather keep clients by being good than by being unremovable.
Working hours that cover India and the West
The team works from Gurugram on Indian Standard Time, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 IST. For Indian clients that means same-day answers inside your own working day. For clients in the US, UK and Canada the IST day overlaps UK mornings directly, and we schedule calls into the early US and Canadian workday, which IST evenings reach comfortably; urgent launch-window and incident cover outside those hours is agreed per project rather than promised loosely. [TO CONFIRM: out-of-hours cover you want to commit to]
Why an Indian agency picks a local vendor
Travel technology built far from its market shows it quickly: card-first checkouts in a UPI country, no concept of agent wallets or net-fare markups, suppliers nobody in India uses. Building from Gurugram, inside one of the country's main travel-industry clusters, we work daily with the consolidator APIs Indian agents already hold, Indian payment gateways, INR settlement and GST-shaped invoicing needs, and the B2B sub-agent structures that dominate the trade here. Agencies in Delhi NCR can go a step further and meet us in person; that side of things has its own page, travel portal development in Gurugram.
What we deliberately do not do
No ticket sales, so we never compete with you for your own customers. No supplier reselling, so our advice on APIs and GDSs is not shaped by a margin we earn behind your back. No airline-lookalike websites or call-centre pages that impersonate carriers, because they get ad accounts suspended and mislead travellers; every build carries honest agency identity and fee disclosure. And no invented case studies or client counts on this site: where a fact is not confirmed, we say so in writing rather than rounding up.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of travel technology company is Globitude?
A build-only vendor. We develop metasearch and campaign websites, white-label booking portals, custom B2C and B2B portals, travel API integrations and agency back-office software. We do not sell travel, hold inventory or take commissions on bookings made through what we build.
Where is your office in India?
Our only office is at Two Horizon Center, WeWork, Golf Course Road, DLF City Phase 5, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. There are no branch offices; clients elsewhere in India and abroad are served remotely from Gurugram in IST working hours.
Do you work with startups or only established agencies?
Both. Established agencies usually come for portals, supplier integrations or back-office software; startups usually come for a white-label launch or a metasearch build. In either case we recommend the smallest system that fits, because unused software is the most expensive kind.
Can you support clients in the US, UK or Canada from India?
Yes. IST working hours overlap UK mornings directly, and evening IST slots reach the North American workday, so calls and support windows are scheduled rather than left to chance. Several of the site types we build, such as flight campaign websites, are made specifically for agencies selling into those markets.
How do you price travel software projects in India?
Fixed quotes after a scoping conversation, in writing, with milestones. We do not publish rate cards because a white-label launch and a multi-supplier B2B portal are different projects by an order of magnitude; the quote itself costs nothing and is yours to compare.
