White label hotel booking website

White label hotel booking website with multi-supplier inventory

A white label hotel booking website is a ready-built hotel search and reservation site that we brand for your agency, connect to bed banks and wholesalers you hold contracts with, and launch on your domain. Guests search by city or property, compare rooms and rates from several suppliers, pay through your gateway and receive a voucher in your name. It suits agencies, tour operators and corporate travel desks that want hotel revenue online without building a booking engine.

What is a white label hotel booking website?

A white label hotel booking website is a hotel reservation platform built and maintained by a technology vendor and deployed under your brand. The search, room selection, booking, voucher and cancellation logic is shared across clients; the domain, design, supplier credentials, markups and payment gateway belong to you. Unlike an affiliate widget that sends guests to a big OTA, a white label keeps the booking, the customer record and the margin on your own site.

It is the hotel module of our white label travel portal. Agencies often launch it beside the flight module so a traveller can book both in one checkout, but it also works on its own for hotel-led businesses.

Who it is for

  • Travel agencies that sell hotels by phone or WhatsApp today and want an online option with the same margin
  • Tour operators and DMCs that need live hotel rates alongside contracted or static inventory
  • Corporate travel desks that want staff to book approved hotels within a rate policy
  • B2B consolidators giving sub-agents a hotel portal with net rates and markups per agent group

Inventory: where the rooms come from

Hotel content is more fragmented than flight content. The same property can appear in several supplier feeds with different names, photos, room labels and rates, and the quality of your site depends on how well those feeds are merged. We connect the suppliers you contract with and handle the merging.

Room and rate mapping. When two suppliers return the same hotel, the site shows one property card with the lowest rate per room type, not duplicate listings. Room names such as "Deluxe King" and "Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed" are mapped to one room type; meal plans, refundability and occupancy are normalised so the comparison is fair.

Content de-duplication. Property descriptions, photos, amenities and geo-coordinates are merged into one record per hotel, with the best available content kept and a consistent star rating shown. This matters for search results, for Google indexing of hotel pages and for the guest's trust at checkout. The mechanics are explained further under hotel API integration.

Supplier names describe integration experience only. They are trademarks of their owners and do not imply partnership or endorsement. Supplier access requires your own commercial agreement with each provider.

Features included

Search and filters

City, landmark or property search with date and occupancy, then filters by price, star rating, board basis, refundability, amenities, guest rating and distance. Results load progressively so slow suppliers do not hold the page.

Map view

Property pins on an interactive map with price labels, using your own map provider key. [TO CONFIRM: preferred map provider and whether to include map view at launch]

Vouchers and confirmations

Branded hotel vouchers with supplier confirmation number, check-in instructions, board basis and your support contact, emailed automatically and stored in the guest's account.

Cancellations and amendments

Supplier cancellation policies shown before payment and enforced at cancellation, with deadlines, penalties and refunds tracked per booking in the admin panel.

Multi-currency

Display prices in the guest's currency with rates refreshed on a schedule you approve, while supplier settlement stays in the contract currency.

Guest accounts and B2B logins

Guest profiles with booking history, plus optional sub-agent accounts with net rates, credit limits and their own markup tier.

Markups, payments and settlement

Hotel margins are set in the admin panel by supplier, destination, star rating, property, board basis or customer group, as a percentage or a fixed amount per night or per booking. You can also apply a service fee shown separately, and define different markup tiers for B2B agents. Prices shown to the guest include your markup; the admin panel records net cost, markup and gross per booking.

Payments go through your own gateway and merchant account, with cards, UPI, net banking and wallets where supported. Settlement with suppliers follows their terms, usually a prepaid wallet or a credit line with periodic invoices. The platform keeps a per-supplier ledger so that cancellations and refunds reconcile cleanly; if you need full accounting, it connects to our travel ERP software.

Combining hotels with flights

Most agencies get more from hotels when they sit next to flights. On the same platform, a guest who has just booked a flight can be offered a hotel at the destination for the same dates, and a flight booking whitelabel and hotel site share one customer account, one payment gateway and one admin panel. Simple dynamic packages, a flight plus a hotel priced together with a package markup, are a configuration option once both modules are live.

Process and timeline

  1. Scope and quote

We confirm suppliers, markets, B2C or B2B mode, currencies and gateway, then issue a fixed written quote.

  2. Supplier access

You obtain API credentials from each bed bank or consolidator; we connect test environments and complete supplier certification where required.

  3. Branding and configuration

Domain, SSL, design, legal pages, markup rules, voucher templates and staff roles are set up on your instance.

  4. Content and mapping review

We run the mapping across your suppliers and check sample destinations with you for duplicates and rate accuracy.

  5. Test bookings and launch

Live test bookings and cancellations per supplier and payment method, staff training, then production launch.

Configuration on our side takes days. Supplier credential approval and gateway onboarding set the overall timeline. [TO CONFIRM: typical go-live window to promise]

Pricing approach

We quote a fixed setup fee based on the number of hotel suppliers, B2C versus B2B scope and design requirements, plus a recurring platform fee for hosting, mapping updates, supplier API maintenance and support. You get a written, itemised quote rather than a range. [TO CONFIRM: whether to publish starting prices]

Frequently asked questions

What is a white label hotel booking website?

It is a hotel search and reservation website built and maintained by a technology vendor, then branded and launched for your business on your own domain. Guests book and pay on your site, vouchers carry your name, and you control markups, cancellations and reports from an admin panel. The hotel inventory comes from bed banks and wholesalers you contract with directly.

Which hotel suppliers can be connected?

Global bed banks and wholesalers, Indian consolidator hotel APIs, channel partners that aggregate several wholesalers, and your own contracted rates loaded as static inventory. Our integration experience includes providers such as Hotelbeds, RateHawk, TBO and Tripjack. You need your own commercial agreement with each supplier; we connect and maintain the technical integration.

How do you avoid duplicate hotel listings from different suppliers?

Each supplier feed is matched against a master property list using identifiers, names, addresses and coordinates. Matched properties are merged into one record with one set of photos and descriptions, and room types are mapped so the guest sees one property card with the best rate per room. Unmatched properties are queued for review rather than shown twice.

Can I set different markups for B2C customers and B2B agents?

Yes. Markups are set per supplier, destination, star rating, property, board basis or customer group, and B2B agents can be placed in tiers with their own markup or net-rate access. Service fees can be shown separately. All of this is changed from the admin panel without a developer.

How are cancellations and refunds handled?

The supplier cancellation policy is shown before payment and stored with the booking. When a guest cancels, the platform checks the deadline, applies the penalty if any, sends the cancellation to the supplier, and records the refund due. Refunds are then processed through your payment gateway and reconciled against the supplier ledger in the admin panel.
