Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data flightcampaign.com collects, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is written to match what the site actually does, so it is shorter than most and specific about cookies, analytics and advertising.
Effective date: 23 August 2026
Who we are and how to contact us
This website is operated by Globitude Travels ("we", "us"), Two Horizon Center, WeWork, Golf Course Road, DLF City Phase 5, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. We are the data controller (in Indian law, the data fiduciary) for the personal data described here. Questions: info@flightcampaign.com.
What we collect
Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry you give us your name, work email, phone number (optional), company (optional), what you are interested in, and your message. The form also records the page you submitted from, including any advertising parameters in its address (such as a Google Ads click ID or UTM tags), and the time received. For spam control, a hashed version of your IP address is kept for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions; it is not linked to your enquiry.
Email and calls. If you email us or we arrange a call, we keep the correspondence, notes and any project material you share.
Aggregate analytics (first party). Our own analytics stores daily totals only: pageviews, an approximate unique-visitor count, top pages, referring websites (domain only), mobile or desktop, the advertising source label taken from a click ID or UTM tag, and counts of events such as an enquiry being sent or a phone number being tapped. The visitor count comes from a salted, truncated hash of your IP address and browser type that changes every day. Your IP address is never stored, and nothing recorded identifies you.
Cookies and local storage. See the cookies section below. The public site sets no cookies of its own and stores your consent choice in your browser's local storage.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, URL, time, browser type) for security and troubleshooting under its own retention rules.
Site monitoring. The site may send a beacon with page and event counts only (no IP addresses, names or other personal data) to our own monitoring dashboard.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a scope and quote, and deliver services you engage us for.
- To send an automatic acknowledgement when your enquiry arrives and to notify our team by email.
- To see which pages and campaigns bring useful visitors, using aggregate data only.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To keep accounting, tax and contract records where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data or add enquirers to a marketing list. You only hear from us about your enquiry or a project you are working on with us.
Legal bases in plain terms
Consent: when you tick the box on the enquiry form or accept non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or changing your cookie choice.
Contract: when we use your details to prepare a quote you asked for or to deliver a project you have engaged us for.
Legitimate interests: running and securing the site, keeping aggregate statistics and answering business correspondence, in ways that do not override your rights.
Legal obligation: keeping invoices and contract records for the periods Indian tax and company law require.
For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these are the lawful bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR. We have no EEA or UK representative; contact us directly.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Admin session cookie (essential). Set only when the site owner signs in to the administration area; public visitors never receive it. A second small cookie marks the owner's browser so their visits are excluded from statistics.
- Consent preference (local storage). Your accept or reject choice from the cookie notice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key
fc_consentso the notice does not reappear. Nothing is sent to a server. - Google Analytics 4 (only if enabled). If we enable GA4, Google sets its own cookies (for example
_ga). We configure IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode, so advertising storage is denied unless you accept. You can also opt out with Google's browser add-on. - Google Ads conversion tag (only if enabled). Records when an advertising click leads to an enquiry, under the same consent settings as GA4.
- Google AdSense and third-party advertising (only if enabled, guide pages only). Informational guide pages may carry advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its certified vendors may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites, and to measure them. Advertising is never shown on service, contact or legal pages. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google's Ads Settings page, aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu. Before ads are served to visitors from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform will replace our basic notice so you can give or refuse consent.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The public site works without any cookies.
Third parties who process data for us
- Hosting provider [TO CONFIRM: hosting provider name and server location], which stores the site, the enquiry inbox and the analytics files, and keeps server logs.
- Email provider [TO CONFIRM: email or SMTP provider name], which delivers enquiry notifications, acknowledgements and our correspondence.
- Google LLC for Analytics, Ads conversion tracking and AdSense, only when those features are switched on.
These providers act under their own privacy terms. We do not share enquiry data with anyone else unless you ask us to (for example an introduction to a supplier) or the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in India, so data you send from another country is transferred to India. Our hosting and email providers may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries: kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the project resumes, and deleted on request.
- Project and contract records: for the engagement plus the period Indian tax and company law requires, typically eight years for accounting records.
- Aggregate analytics: kept indefinitely, as it contains no personal data.
- Spam-control hashes: one hour.
- Server logs: per the hosting provider's retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for a particular purpose, or to give you a copy, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@flightcampaign.com; we respond within the time the applicable law allows and usually sooner.
India. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you rights of access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal and nomination. Our grievance contact route is set out below. If you are not satisfied with our response you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
EEA and UK. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
California. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. Third-party advertising cookies, where enabled, may count as "sharing"; you can opt out through the cookie notice and the links above.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry and analytics files are protected from direct web access, and the admin area requires a password. Emails are plain text and pass through third-party mail servers, so do not send us passwords, card numbers or supplier credentials by email. No system is completely secure, but we will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site changes, for example when analytics or advertising is switched on. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
